Villa Max is a condominium unit in a complex of 12 units. This 2-story condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 persons. We are located in a charming area next to the Hotel Villa del Sol and only a 15- minute walk from downtown Zihuatanejo.
The ground floor contains a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, full bath, and terrace. It opens onto the common areas: the pool, garden, and parking lot.
The upper floor houses two bedrooms with king-size beds and a full bath.
Includes maid service, ceiling fans throughout the condo, hot water, and color TV.

Reservations Policy.
A 40% deposit is required to reserve the house and the remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid within the agreed time the reservation may be cancelled. Money will only be refunded if the property is re-rented.
