- Date changes: accepted with 15 days' notice or more.
- Early departure or no-show without notice: no refund.
- We do not accept pets or large group reservations.

Our cancellation policy must be communicated to us directly. Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund (minus the banks' 5% commission); between 0 and 29 days before arrival there is no right to a refund. Date changes are accepted with 15 days' notice or more, and are not accepted with less than 15 days' notice. There is also no refund for early departure, no-shows without notice, or reservations not paid in full by the set date.

Villa Contramar and Villa Zihuatanejo accept children within their capacity. For the other rooms, please confirm with us via WhatsApp when requesting a quote.

Yes. The pool, with its beautiful bay view, is shared by all Villas El Morro guests.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included. Most rooms have a coffee maker, and some have a full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals.
